How to create a page with certain product categories (appearing as groups)?

Hello,
I am using the alidropship plugin and the Dali theme and I want to create a page for a "parent" category which will contain certain product categories (groups), and not the products themselves!
How can I do this?
I am waiting for your kind reply.

1. Create a new page with the new Wordpress Block Editor called Categories (or whatever) in WP-Admin>Pages. Insert category pics/links/short descriptions etc in a grid like in your pic.

2. Create menu links to the Categories page.
