How to access "Top" menu

How do I update/edit the very top menu in the DaVinci theme?

It's the one with "About Us Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions" as default. Its not under "Top Menu" in the Menu section of Wordpress and I cannot find it in the customisation options.

You will need to go to appearance>menus > then choose select a menu to edit
Choose top menu from the drop down and then select top menu and choose select

Tried that but its not there. The only "Top menu" is the one that goes down the left hand side.

You can edit those under "pages"

Sorry, I actually want to change what pages are displayed in that menu structure. Cannot find it in the "menu" options.

There was a bit of a bug with the pages created by generating the default content (my fault). Recreated the default pages and now all okay.
