How does a Client register on a new site? Is there any template I need to use, or widget please?

Every theme has a login button, it is the same login button when you login to your admin page. Usually it has registration window to create an account.

I don't understand. If somebody else goes on their labtop on my shop page, all they get is a ''login'', and nowhere to ''register''
