How do i import product images onto my database

Noticing my site is not as fast as it could be because it is fetching some of the product images from the aliexpress CDN Url server. Is there a way I can download the physical images onto my server instead of fetching from URL?

I'm at the stage where I don't want to individually do everything manually because I have 130 products on my store with multiple variations.

If there is a bulk image import to database function how would I accomplish this?

Go to wordpress admin > aliexpress > settings > enabled which pictures to upload to server (feature image, gallery, description images). NOTE: When importing you will need to wait a little while longer to edit product and see images in media library . You will see an 'Uploading Images %" where it would normally say 'Product is imported'

You can download it even if you use alternative db software solutions as I do. It works perfectly with the server. Which one do you use?

... and they are not stored in the database. They're stored in WP-Content>Uploads>2019 etc
