How do I change/customize the 4 icons just under the image slider on the Home page?

What am I missing? I can't find a way to customize the 4 icons on the Home page.
Please clue me in.

Thanks Ekaterina but that's not what I mean. That setting just turns the icons & text ON or OFF, or changes colors.
I want to use DIFFERENT icons. I want to remove those icons and replace them with my own.
Now, how do I do that?
