How can I easily get rid of the 3500 images that I don't use?

The question is fairly simple. I am using SSL so I have to download the images to my library. It's not really a problem, but the problem are the 3500 that I am not using (most AliExpress articles are filled with crappy pictures).

Did anyone encounter this and found an easy solution?
