Domain service provider have this servies. you could contact your Domain service provider.

I am using Google Apps for free but it has been discontinued, now it's call G Suite which is no longer free.

You can use Yandex. Letting google or yandex manage the email is much easier for me, let them take care of spam.

Or simply point the domain name to the website host and create emails. In this method, you won't have to change any settings in advanced DNS options making sure your website or mail services won't crash. Just change the nameservers for your domain.
