Hi, why most of my customers try to buy orders are trying to pay via PayPal Express and most said abandoned ???

it happened to me as well ever since the start of the year. I disabled express checkout and it has not happened since but i am concerned i am now losing sales due to it.

As for me, better to disable express PayPal , because customer use it right on the product page, so maybe they would buy something else , but as they click checkout with PayPal - they stop shopping.

So, i put only only one way of payment?

You can use PayPal , not express check out of PayPal.
