I want to open a new LLC on USA and I found this website https://usformation.com , they offer the registration service + others cools and usefull features for just $399
But there are some things that make me doubt about it:
- I wasn't able to find reviews on internet about their services
- Their services seems too good to be true (suspicious)
- The y have a 110% guarantee policy, this mean if the fail registering your company they refund you 110%
I will appreciate if somene had experience working with them, what other similar alternatives do you recommend?
