Google Merchant, Image Sizes

Hello, i have generated Google Merchant Feed from plugin, i add it into Google Merchant Center and i have some wrong photos in products..
In my store photo have link:

38-40.jpg

and Google Merchant Center shows me error with this same photo, but link are

38-40.jpg_220x220.jpg

Can somebody help me with that?
