Google Merchant and Facebook Business plugins not generating XML

Please, I need help with my Google Merchant and Facebook Business plugins. When I click the Generate XML button, the progress stops at 99% for both plugins. They are both up-to-date. When I check the XML files and the XML URL, they are blank.
