You have plugins for insert AdSense in post

Go to "Customize / Blog" and insert it one of the boxes you see there.

But I wouldn't if I was you. The ads look cheap and tacky and will take customers away from your site. Is the couple of cents you make from an ad click worth it? Or is keeping a customer on your site, making a sale and making several dollars profit more worth it?
