Hello.

It means, that AliShipping may upload some paid shipping methods on your website, and in case you offer some Products as a gift, your customers may be still charged for Shipping, in case it is paid. Though, you can always edit shipping methods price for any Products individually.

Yes you can edit shipping method price, but ordering in AliExpress, their shipping method price will apply.
