Get Tracking code is not working

Hi, i don't know if somebody noticed that this function is not working anymore, i don't know if is because of the update, but actually i tried many times to get the tracking code automatically but nothing, i need to add it manually, any idea how to fix this ?

make sure the aliexpress order number is linked to your website order also make sure you are login to aliexpress

Yes i know about that, the problem is that most of the time doesn't get the order number, and the tracking code even if is already available it can't get it, anyway thanks for the reply

on my side it never grabs the order number I always type it manually but the tracking number sync great

this is not normal, we should have automate order number and tracking number
