Get Tracking and Retrack not working?

I have an order on my store
then the item has been shipped
now the problem is the tracking ID is still not showing on order page, even I clicked GET TRACKING

also on Alidropship Dashboard when I clicked RETRACK, its just loading, nothing happens,
