Full automation of orders, without needing to confirm one by one

I wanted to buy this plugin, but having to fulfill EACH order manually is time consuming, I know it pre-fills the customer details for me, but still I've to go to AliExpress page, and then put the captcha and click pay. Is there any way around this?
I do not know if this is a missed feature in your product or all in similar products, but I heard from a friend some products have this feature. Is this right?
For dropshippers, does this waste your time as it does for me? or this is something you get used to?

I'm curious about this also, since i've hard that some other software out there has full automation to purchase items from aliexpress and you wouldn;t need to manually approve and submit
