My customers pay via Paypal but because my bank is in jamaica I cant withdraw the money from my Paypal account and as a result, I have to use a third party to do the process with takes a bit of my profits and by the time I am ready to fulfill the order the item to supply my customers are done. Is there another way to send the paypal funds to my bank accounts so I can fulfill my order faster? Aliexpress does not use Paypal

What do you mean customers are done? Paypal defer from country to country. In my country, Instant Transfer was added by Paypal. You transfer your balance to a debit card. The fund will be transferred instantly in seconds. See if this is available in your country. You will see this option when you withdraw Paypal balance to your bank.
