From General to Niche store

I'm thinking of changing my premium general store to a niche store, because the diverse types of products on sale is making it seem difficult to focus when it comes to FB and Instagram ads.

What is the best advice here please?

You can do it yourself if you want but you must change everything from scratch, or you ask the alidropship staff and pay for the new store.
