Flatsome and alidropship woo - stock displayed wrong...

For some reason a lot of products on my website show to be out of stock... although they aren't at aliexpress.
What could cause this, as i checked the stock in woocommerce and also, separately for variations and it still shows zero or even (-).

This may be a stupid question, but have you used "Update" in Alidropship>Aliexpress>Settings?

Another possibility is that you have the "low stock" setting in Woocommerce set too high. Change it to "2". I can't access my sites at the moment, so I can't tell you exactly where the setting is.
