File Upload Limit. Rembrandt Theme

The Rembrandt theme seems to have a 3mb upload limit.

I am trying to increase it to a larger amount like 128mb.

I have made the changes to the php.ini file and the .htaccess files however it is still not working.

According to some forums, it could be a limit set by the theme. May I know how to increase the upload limit for the Rembrandt theme?

There are no such upload limits in the Rembrandt theme. Please check with your hosting provider.
