For Google Feeds (Shopping area) use Google tag maanger with product feed pro (fee version)

I use Pixel Caffeine for FB Pixel, it is very good.

Yes, with a Facebook Business Manager account.

I use "Facebook for Woocommerce" Free from the Woocommerce site. It not only handles the Pixel, it also imports all your products to your sites Facebook page's "Store". And automatically keeps them updated.

GTM all the way. conversion is GTM. Analytics is seperate. And google feeds is GTM as well. GTM for retargeting as well
