Hi. Do I need to load all my products in my FB page. Manually or there is an automated app for this? In the guide for FB business add on, do I need to create business manager account for me to create catalog sales?

Is your 1st question also about the Facebook Business Addon?
If it is related to the Addon, then no, you don't need to post all your products to your fanpage (If that is what you were asking)
What the Facebook Business Addon does, is to create a catalog of your store products, that you can then upload to your Facebook add account, it will also allow you to set automatic updates, plus it is compatible with WooCommerce too.
And yes, you will need an ad account for it, because you need to upload that catalog to your Facebook ad account. It could be a personal ad account, o a business one:

Well, in your Fan page you can post some of your products, and maybe test some engagement campaigns to get some page likes.
It is really up to you, you can also post all your products there if you want, but it is not necessary.
If you already know your niche, then maybe its a good idea to spy on your competitors Fan Pages and Sites, to see what is working for them, and try to make it better.
