Faster shipping extra fee doesn't show in total price! Help please!

So, I have a free standard shipping, but when a buyer chooses faster shipping, I charge him a few dollars more, but it doesn't show at the "total price" amount. Only when it goes to check out (paypal in this case) then the full amount is displayed and charged! It seems dishonest, and I'd like to fix that.
Please help anyone!

What theme do you use? if you set it up properly you will see Shipping delivery cost on a checkout page.

Is there a way to grab shipping price from aliexpress like product price ??
like if the shipping cost at aliexpress show 7$ then script will grab it and put that in my site also ?? or add extra amount like 7+3=10$ :D

So how should we calculate shipping ??
I know its best to list free shipping ... but there are lot of good product with shipping cost :(
Any idea any one ... how to find a reasonable shipping price ??
