Fast Reply on Message from Customer 'Contact us'

Hi,

I have one Question:

When a Customer sends me a message via the 'Contact Us'- Form, I will get a copy of that message in my inbox of (for ex.) helpdesk@shop.com. ==> The problem is now that when I want to quickly reply on this message I need to copy/paste the e-mail adres of the Customer into a new mail. It would be easier to just click 'Reply' on that original message.
