Hi , few days ago i tried facebook shootout for the 1st time , and here i'm sharing my results with you :
I published the shootout on a Facebook page related to the niche , with +100k fans & good engagement . it cost me 25$ for 24 hours , they extended it to more 6 hours as a bonus + they didn"t delete the picture .

Screenshot of post stats , i asked the admin to sent it to me :

Orders : 5
Revenue : 52$
Supplier costs : 9.02$
Paypal fees : 3.81$
Net profit : 39.76$
39.76 - 25$ (shootout) = 14.76 $

Conclusion : Facebook shootout are really an effective tool , with the ability to include link ; it can turn your shootout into a massive sales channels . Personally i had problems choosing the right product for the shootout & i think if i could put a more Hot product it would be turn into better results , got some more ideas in my mind , will try them soon with other shootouts & will keep you updated .

They will Pin the post on the Top of the page for 24 hours , then it's up to them to keep it or delete it .
For facebook page , don't give a damn about the likes , but keep an eye on the engagement of each posts : likes,comments,shares ..

Between 150-200 visits on 24 hr , & got 5 orders with 52$ revenue , and i still getting visits from that post .

I believe that's about the industry average for ecom.

Yea, I'm not discounting it. It's quite good results actually.
