Could you please tell me what makes your think that FB Business conflicts with Google taxonomy?

Did you use the built-in Category mapping tool? There is no such category as Fitness, for example. Please make sure your product categories match relevant Google categories.

Can't the plugin auto add products into google or fb similar categories based on titles and let us check or modify before submitting the feed?
Example if 2000 Products or more this is going to take ages.
