Facebook Business add-on catagory mapping list

Hi,
I am configuring the Facebook Business add-on. FB addon is installed and activated.

I started configuration the addon the first time as per the steps, I tried to create a "Category Mapping List" but it is not allowing me to save it. Kindly refer to the attached screenshot. I can cancel it only but clicking on SAVE is not responding or actioning anything. I Enabled and disabled the "Enable if your products don't have MPN or GTINe" but didn't work.

Similar behaviour I faced while configuration the "Labels List"

Any idea, what I was doing wrong?

I have the same problem also, but the weird thing, it is working in microsoft edge browser and to my phone browser, chrome and mozilla wont save
