Error when adding people to the instagram promoter list

I get an error when i add users to the list in the instagram promoter, anyone an idea how to solve this?

Okay new update is released, still not able to add people to the promoter list....
There seems to be a table missing in the database _wp1.wp_sr_objects' doesn't exist.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
