EPN Webmaster option

The landing page for EPN from the Alidropship Woo plugin URL is different to that in the Knowledge base. There is no option to sign up as a "webmaster". The Webmaster link on top of the page is linked to https://epn.bz/en, the current page. There is only one "Signup" button . See screenshot

When using that signup button, there is no "Deeplink" option under tools.

Is EPN still available?

Please, use the 'Sign up' button to sign up as a webmaster, it should work.

Actually, when you sign up via that red button, it's for the Affillliate account, not the Webmasters account, hence the missing Deeplink option under tools.

Again, using that Red Button sets up an AFFILIATE account. Clicking the Webmaster link above, does nothing! It's linked to that same page!

I just deleted my account and made another one again. It only sets up an Affiliate account.

The only reason you can see the Deeplink link is because you probably "already" have a "Webmaster" account.

Again ... there is currently no way to create a webmaster account based on the Knowledge base info or your info.

Try setting up a new account and you will see what I mean.

And when typing "Webmaster account" into their FAQ search box I get this ... see screenshot.

And when clicking the suppport link on that page, it results in a 404 page.

If you won't spend 2 minutes making a new account with a spare email address to see for yourself, then I give up.

No. Where was the link to that page on the site? I can't see it anywhere. But it does not solve the problem. I still can't create a "Webmasters" account from the landing page https://epn.bz/en/

Again ... ONLY an Affiliate account can be created from the page https://epn.bz/en/ mentioned by you and the Knowledge Base and the Woo plugin link

And again, the "webmaster" link on that page does nothing.

Why do I have to keep repeating this?

If you tried creating a "new account" yourself like I suggested, you will see the problem, but you won't ... so forget it.

I'm getting sick of repeating myself over and over. Just drop it ... this is getting nowhere.

You can already get training on working with our affiliate program, however, all the features of the tools section will be opened to you after the approval of the first site.

You can submit a site for moderation in the "My sites" section - "Add a site": epn.bz/ru/placements/add

Indeed, the "Deep-Link" tool has been removed from the "Tools" section. However, you can use the "Tagging" or "Affiliate Link" tools, you can also use our telegram bot or browser extension:

So the Knowledge Base info is no longer valid, like I already said. (and should be removed)

And I can't fulfill their requirements to get an Affiliate site approved as I don't have an "Affiliate site", I have a "dropshipping site". Nor do I want an Affiliate account anyway.

So it seems that setting up "cashback" with a "dropship site" with EPN as described in the Knowledge Base is no longer possible.

UPDATE: Message from Alidropship Support

Hello

Thank you for contacting AliDropship Support.

It's Volodya from the AliDropship Support Team.

The matter is that the cashback system does not work anymore, I am sorry. Aliexpress has changed its policy, so now dropshippers cannot participate in the cashback program.

We still keep this option in the plugin as it works for customers who have been using it for a long time.

So like I suspected, the EPN cashback is no longer available.

And the customers who have "been using it for a long time" no longer need that artictle OR the link in the plugin. They have already set it all up. They would ONLY need that article and the plugin link to set up a NEW ACCOUNT, which of course won't work.

So the misleading article and misleading plugin link should be removed. Or not. It's up to Alidropship Support to be logical or not. LOL

I've spent DAYS wasting my time writing here on this thread, to EPN Support and Alidropship Support to find out the truth of the matter.

Don't waste others time too and just remove the plugin link and article.
