Make sure you don’t turn off your browser cookie and cache.

All I can think of is the cache and coockies, they're used on the web browsers to track things

I'd recommend you to contact their support on the query support@epn.bz. We are responsible for the integration with the Alidropship plugin, but if there is anything not working, it needs to be checked from their end.
