Emails sent from my domain going to spam folder

As per the title have you had this issue on your end as well and if yes how are you dealing with it?
I was sending an email to a customer earlier today via my store domain email and added my personal email in bcc. Unfortunately I noticed it went straight to my spam folder...

You can try to set up your branded email via Yandex service, as it is described here: https://alidropship.com/codex/create-branded-business-email-yandex/
It might prevent your emails from spam folder.

Hi Victoria, so how is this different from the branded email I have created under your hosting? Is there any particular reason why they go to spam now and if it's via Yandex it might prevent it?

If you set up you emails via Yandex there could be less possibility to find them in a Spam.
