Email setup

Hi

I am having trouble with email notifications... story so far...

email addresses set up with hosting company (namehero)...
pepipost domain approved and test email from pepipost successful (sent to admin@handbagtragic.com webmail ok)...
pepipost API copied to Alidropship and saved

emails sent from "support@handbagtragic.com" link on website arriving at webmail ok...

however, none of the "Test" buttons on Alidropship Notifications/Mailing Service Settings page are working properly; after pressing the test buttons, a message "Test email send to ********@handbagtragic.com", but they never get to my webmail...
