Editing Product Images

Hi, I have a newly created AliDropship store. Can someone please suggest a faster way of editing images imported from ali express? I'm not a designer and don't have photoshop atm so am using Paint to remove the supplier details and descriptions, then re-uploading the images. This is time-consuming.. I also can't remove the supplier logo from the Featured Image. It's taking a lot of time to even get one new product published and I need to launch my store... help!

Help required on removing a featured image from WP - just setting a new featured image does not appear to remove the previous one. Is this a flaw? I need a solution that doesn't require me to be a coder. Thanks.

Sometimes the preview does not update but if you save and refresh, you will see that it indeed changed.
