Edit Product page (Shipping & Payment/ Why buy with us, etc)

Hello everybody, i hope you can advise me with the following issue:

In every product page appears section for "shipping& payment" or the section "why buy with us", etc and i need to edit its content os each of this section, but I don´t know where is the source in order to edit them

I just attached some images that show what i want to edit or trasnlate to anther language

I hope anyone can help me

PD. I am using Aldropship original plugin+ Dali theme
