I just checked your site out and here is my honest opinion. There are two things I think you should consider changing 1. the logo and 2 the slideshow image. If I was you I would spy on Shopify pages, there are some awesome websites. You can type "site:myshopify.com retro" and check them out. Why do you a website in English if you have a danish ltd? I consider this as trust issues. Other than that, I can't figure it out. Had a website like your's with a lot of traffic but no sales. Maybe try another niche.

One more thing would be extremely helpful is install a heatmaps and video recordings such as the one from hotjar.

just trying to understand your situation. what is your ads setup. how specific is your ads? are they relevant to your niche/interest?
beside many other things, ads parameters also play an important roles.
