DOM elements and scaling images in color selection in themes

Hello.
I have two suggestion for theme rembrandt but i think it will apply for other themes too.
In picture below is part of page where scaling images is not working or is not in code of theme it self.
Or may be in alidropship plugin as well.
i am using Rembrandt. in that place images are loaded in 800x800 or 500x500.
Should be only 29x29. it will reduce size of page a lot.
Another suggestion is to reduce the number of DOM elements in theme which is 1387.
I think these suggestions are for developing team to update the theme.

I was saving product pages using Rembrandt theme and everywhere is the same, images in variations are not scaled during upload.
they have original pixel size lets say 1000x1000px.
images in product slide preview have correct scale 220x220px.
only in variations images are not scaled.
it should be 29x29px or 50x50px which will save a lot on bandwidth and make faster loading speed.
I think this should be fixed in all themes.
