DNS Change

I have just recently switched my DNS servers from Alidropship to Godaddy where my domain is hosted. Since then my support mail link isn't bringing up the box like it used to. Does anyone have any ideas as to why? I have looked in all the settings in my dashboard and I don't see anything related to this setting.

If you changed your DNS emails will not be sent . You need to set emails on GoDaddy.

Thank you Victoria. How do i do that? Do I need to add MX and CNAME records in Godaddy? Is there a way to export all of the DNS settings from Alidropship?

You can ask GoDaddy support to do that. Each Hosting provider has its own DNS settings.
