Discount Code feature NOT WORKING

my alidropship "Dsicount Code" feature is not working even i turn it on from admin site. I dont see the discount code feature appear during the checkout... How can a buyer use their discount code? pls help..

hi waterlion, thank for the printscreen. but as i try just now. i clicked on the "Have a promotion code" it does not show me any box to fill in with the discount code that i generate from admin. it just scroll up the page only.. and on the up side of the page i also see nothing about the discount code feature of box to fill in the discount code. pls help. thanks TAM
