Direct import not working or too slow

Hello !!!

I have some issues with chrome extention of alidropship. I´m trying to import some products using direct imports (bulk or individual) and in both cases is taking a lot of time or freeze with the gray planes flying through my window....... If I try to open a new window to begin a new search and import, it automatically begins to do the same process (gray planes).

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please make sure you have the latest version of Google Chrome browser and disable-enable AliDropship Google Chrome extension - then check again .
