Direct Import from Aliexpress not working..

Hello,

I'm not able to import products directly into my store from Aliexpress using the plugin. Here's what I've done..

1) Installed the plugin
2) Loaded the Plugin in WP Admin --> Import Products Page
3) Clicked the big red "Use Direct Import" button.
4) Picked a product from Aliexpress

All I receive is "to start adding products to your store, please open another browser tab with AliDropship plugin importing section".

I've
1) reinstalled the plugin several times
2) enabled "Allow access to file URLs" in the chrome extension settings
3) Cleared my cache and cookies
4) Rebooted my PC in desparation

Please, does anyone have any bright ideas?

Hello Christopher,

Please make sure that when you go to Aliexpress to start importing the Import Products page of Alidropship plugin is still open in another tab.

I used Vivaldi browser initially, and after I changed to chrome, the plugin begins to function well.

Thanks for the info! Sadly, I've been using Chrome this whole time with no such luck.. lol

Might seem redundant, but make sure that your chrome is updated to the latest settings, and while at it, that the OS is also updated to the latest. Again, might seem silly, but you would be surprised that have caused unexpected behaviors on friends or family computers.

Hi Daniel, I didn't actually FIND a solution. I did however provide support my login info and waited a few days. They eventually messaged me and said it was working, though it didn't sound like they knew why. ?

I know that probably doesn't help any, but yes I would reach out to Alidropship support and see what they can do.

Our developers have a look at this issue. As for me I tried to do the same steps as you did, but everything seems to be fine.

I tried on 3 different devices, same problem on all 3. Also i deleted the cookies and reinstalled Chrome on each one. I really need to add some new products to my store. Any other ideas? What can be wrong?

I have updated the plugin to the latest version. If i click the import buton still doesn't work, i have to click on "Edit" then to click on "Add to import list" (or something similar). The problem is partially solved but is ok for me, thank you for all your help!

Have you sent our support your WP login credentials ? please make sure you have the latest versions of AliDropship plugin and extension, Theme and Google Chrome.
