Delivery to shipping address

Here is the issue I have:

Supplier on Aliexpress Ships from China and USA

I am drop shipping an order to a USA customer who selected Ship from USA.

Now, when the order is sent to AliExpress, I am getting the following message in the shopping cart, and won't proceed any further to enter the customer shipping address and complete the order.

"This item is not available, because the seller doesn't provide delivery to the shipping address you selected."

Somehow AliExpress is assuming I am shipping to another country.

I cleared cookies and memory, reopened browser, re logged in to Aliexpress, but all that did not help.

This issue started today for me.

Anyone has any suggestions?

I think this company violates the law. If I were you, I would try to defend my customer rights. Many people do not try to use law in such cases, but it is the most effective way to make the company work better. When I ordered some expensive laptops from one of the sites, the logistics company didn't provide me with working tracking numbers, so I completely lost my package. Luckily for me, now I am working with packages24 only since they have responsibility and friendly service on the market. You should better use such services rather than junk on the market.

I think I am facing a similar issue.

One of my customer from Nigeria ordered from my dropship store and choose Ship from USA, then made payment.

When I tried to order automatically on AliExpress. I got this error that:

"This item is not available, because the seller doesn't provide delivery to the shipping address you selected."

I tried ordering the Item manually on AliExpress using the customer country (Nigeria), There isn't any available shipping option for Nigeria only when I chose Ship From "USA", but It brought option when I chose Ship from China, But the product price isn't the same. For the USA, it is cheap than ship from China, I belived that is why the customer choose Ship from USA.

But this has become an issue... I am stuck in between.. The question is.. Why did Alidropship plugin allows the customer to place an order on my shipping store using "FROM USA" and the item is not available to be shipped from USA on AliExpress.

How do I solve this please?

You allow that with the way you have set up your store.

If you want in the future to avoid this issue get the alishipping add-on . Is bring the aliexpress shipping method in to your website. So your customers they will not be able to order if the shipping from aliexpress is not available in them county.

Thank you for your response. I forgot to add that I have the alishipping plugin installed.
