Deactivate plugin

I had activated Alidropship plugin in localhost and found out that does not work.
The license was already activated in localhost but I cannot do anything there (cannot import products etc.).
So now I have switched to real server but this time I cannot activate the license. Is it because the code activated already?
Can you deactivate my license? Thanks a lot.

Contact support and ask them to reset your license key.

Next time before you activate it, make sure your web URL is already set up (https, www).
