But for Homepage in: "Top Selling, On Sale, Recommended, New Arrivals", when you try to edit, you can change only the TITLE, Number Column & Products. You can't add for example: href=”https://yourdomain.com/?add-to-cart=25″

Do you have another idea ?

Both, you can't see ADD TO CART. (You can verify in DEMO)

If you don't like it you can use storefront, is have the way you want it.

Yes you can remove it for all item

Appearance --》customize---》 woocommerce --》 uncheck star review

I like to remove Star Review only from products without REVIEW not from all products and disable Review.
