DaVinci 2 Featured image is too small

UPDATED:

The issue is that the plugin downloads the featured image to be (if Product Images > Featured image = ticked) of the wrong size (example 16953-62b463.webp is only 220x220px). Therefore on the main page, the big images (which should be 350px/350px originally) are those 220px resized to 350, showing blurred. (for example, in the attached image the circled images should be 350px images, but they're 220 instead).

This issue does not happen if the Product Images > Featured image is not ticked and the original alicdn images are used.

I'm using the Chrome extension to publish products and I've noticed that the featured image (ie the one displayed on the index/grid) for the products is the small size (220px) even though it is not the one that has the -220x220 in the file name.
I can change the featured image for each product by editing each of them and choose another one from the gallery, but this is time consuming. Is there a way for the plugin to set a featured image of a bigger size? Maybe -350x350 version, which also exist in the uploads directory, or even the original img that we see on the product page itself.
If not possible, than is it any way for the theme to display the bigger images instead of the 220 thumb?

PS I remember the circled images (see the screenshot) in this theme used to display the 350px img, while the smaller ones the 220 thumbs. I can't imagine why, but not all are the 220 thumbs, and of course the bigger ones get blurred being resized.

Thanks, I appreciate it, but they always ask for access to the server, which I cannot provide.
I am hoping on another of your customers having solved the same issue and sharing the solution.

I've also rewritten the issue for a simpler explanation.
