am fairly new to dropshipping, but so many customers complaining that the items are received damaged, holes in the products, stitching coming apart i am only using suppliers with 4+ star rating. i doubt those customers will reorder from me from the bad experience from suppliers...what can i do..

Choose a new supplier, and if the customers are really mad, refund them and give them a heavy discount coupon

First of all, it is you who order from the bad supplier, not your customer. You refund, but ask for proof, e. g, pictures. To recover your refund, AliExpress has a dispute system, you need the pictures as proof. That is if you want to recover your money.

My website got distorted after upgrading the theme, May I get some help

1)Downgraded to your brevious theme version
Or

2) use your backup (if you ever make one)


P.S a) you post in wrong section

b) you didn't give no information about your site... even if someone want to help you ,how is going to do that? ;)
