How you do customer support for your stores? I mean do you use any plugin/service.
I am running 2 store and set up contact form there. But the problem is the contact form is routed to my host provided mail ids and when I do reply from thsose mail boxes, very frequently they end up in spam and customer dont get any revert. I use mailgun and sendinblue for transactional emails but for contact form where customer raise issue or query is there any way I send mail without any spamtag.
