Customer received no shipping confirmation

Hi i hope someone can help me.

I had a order, and after automatically ordering using the plugin i've set the order to completed.
But my customer didn't get a shipping confirmation, how can i solve this problem?

9.9 out of 10 times, they did get it but it went to their spam box. I would check that first and if not then 2nd i would create a dummy order and test it myself and go from there.

@Sunster @Victoria Kudryashova okay thank you, i've already sent the customer an email back with a status update. Do you know by any chance how i can set up the tracking page because currently, I use the woocommerce shortcode for it. But i know from the documentation there is also a alidropship tracking shortcode, however, when i add the shortcode nothing shows on the page.

@Victoria Kudryashova is it correct that the shortcode ads-track cannot be uses for woocommerce?
