I have a customer that has paid me for a product and the cost of the delivery for them, How will I get in touch with the drop shipper?

YOU are the drop shipper. Do you mean the Aliexpress seller?
If so, go to the product in the product list or look at the order and click "View On Aliexpress"
Then click the Store name on the top left of the page, then click "Contact Now"
Why do you need to contact the seller? Just process the order as normal.

Seriously? You place the order via the Alidropship plugin. That is one of the main points of having it. You do not have to contact the seller to place an order.
And you've been sitting on this order since last Sunday? You're going to have some very pissed off customers if your order processing is that slow all the time.
You need to do some serious reading and research on how to run your Alidropship store.

There is so much misunderstanding about the seller. Placing a customers's order is between you and AliExpress, not the seller.
