Customer order confirmation email not sending

Hi all

I have successfully integrated with Sparkpost for customer email notifications.

When the order has been placed and so appears on the Orders page with status Paid, I don't get a purchase email notification.

I can see in the Activities section on the dashboard a notice saying "Template is not found".



When I change the order status to Shipped, I do get a Order shipped notification.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

You need to contact the support as they need to chek in your wp dashboard to find the problem .
Try restoring your email template settings to default & add your Sparkpost keys again and see if this work .

Thanks Dropper, yep I dropped support an email already. They are now looking into
