Customer address not entering correctly on Aliexpress

Hi Support,

I am wondering if you have experience this problem, hope there is a way to resolve this please.

I put a test order with address line as 38/11-15 Bond Street, but when automated the order into Aliexpress, it appeared as 38 11 15 Bond Street (stripping off / and - symbol). Is this a bug or problem from Aliexpress API? Can this be fixed?
